Loyola Ramblers (5-5) @ NIU Huskies (4-7) Preview/Open Thread

Loyola of Chicago Rambers at Northern Illinois Huskies, Dec 20, 2008 5:00 PM CST

Radio: http://www.1360wlbk.com/

I had a huge writeup but somehow it deleted itself...SB is weird sometimes

To summarize: Crash the boards, make Loyola play our style of fast-paced basketball and play some defense once in a while.  The Ramblers are coming in to our place and if we can improve enough from the SIU game then I believe we can beat this veteran team.  Their record is only 1-4 on the road.

Here's a nice youtube find of Asst Coach Sundance Wicks talking about our early season of NIU Basketball:

Didn't see it

Looks like I didn’t miss much.

We’ll Huskies. Here’s to a successful Winter Break. I’ll be away from a computer for about a week and a half so I’ll be keeping up to date via the St. Louis newspaper. Should prove to be a challenge to follow the Huskies.

Have a Merry Christmas Red and Black Attack or a Happy whatever it is you celebrate.

The boys are all here for ya...we'll back you up...we'll be there...cause, Billy, we don't stink right now. We're the best team in baseball right now...right this minute...because of you. You're the reason. We're not gonna screw that up, we're gonna be awesome for you right now. Just throw.
