Miami (OH) Coach Mike Haywood reportedly hired as Pitt’s head coach

http://collegefootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/12/15/mike-haywood-reportedly-hired-as-pitts-head-coach/

"Haywood’s hiring would leave five Div. 1-A jobs open (for now): Vanderbilt, Temple, Kent State, Ball State and, of course, Miami of Ohio.  Haywood would also become the third MAC coach in the past 10 days to take over a BcS program, joining Al Golden (Temple to Miami) and Jerry Kill (Northern Illinois to Minnesota)."

Ahh win 8 games in the MAC and your coach gets hired away... Why does Toledo always seem to be able to keep their winning coaches the longest?

Better than the Sun Belt conference

It seems to me that the MACs coaches move up more than any other non-AQ conference.
I guess that will bring the best of the next big coaches to the MAC.

This absolutely shocks me.

Life is tough, but it's tougher if you're stupid.
