It seems like Jerry Kill has left us with five.  What is the norm in this situation?  I would have expected him to leave his staff in Dekalb until after the game out of loyalty to his ex players and his ex employer.  The man seems angry with NIU for some reason and the way that he has handled this seems selfish and wrong to me.  Note that I have no problem with his taking a higher paying job and I have no problem with him taking his assistant coaches with him.  I just don't understand why he could not have left his assistants in place through the Bowl game. 

Can we even pull this off with only five coaches staying behind?
