That being said, we have some talented, skilled and motivated players on this HUSKIE squad.  I see this bowl game as a real opportunity for our players and program to show the rest of the country what we are made of.

We suffered a disappointing loss to M of O last Friday, but our players and coaches can come together and make a statement.  I see this as a time for NIU to shine.  I'm proud of what this team has accomplished this year.  Let's finish this season on a HIGH note!
