Week 2 BlogPoll Ballot

Not too many changes other than the under-performing teams I moved to the latter part of the poll.  I still think that TCU is a better team than Boise St.  It's going to until at least the Oregon State game to make my decision on which is going to be the better team, but at this point I like the Horned Frogs.  There was just something about how much Oregon and Arizona dominated their games that I just had to move them up a couple spots.  Your typical week 2 ballot I guess, there's not too much else to say.  Next week is going to be a lot more interesting.

I'm not sure I understand the Nebraska hype

The most dominant player they’ve had in years is a Detroit Lion, their offense is an unproven commodity that could let them down badly this season (they had an absolutely hideous loss to Iowa State in which they had more turnovers than points), and…

Look, I think they’re overhyped. Until Big Twelve play is in full swing, they’re way too high.

Oklahoma fell 21 spots, and Florida State 18. Epic fail by both in HOME GAMES. Utah State almost snapped Oklahoma’s insane home winning streak…

Can Abbrederis shoot the long three and effectively distribute the ball to his big men?

For all the crap we give Wil Wheaton, he can still tackle better than Asante Samuel...

You're right about Nebraska

They’re a bit unproven, especially with the new QB they just put in there. Trust me, my finger is on the trigger to move them down as soon as they struggle but right now I like them as much as I like the Longhorns.

That's another horribly flawed team!

Oh geez, Texas has a ton to replace and despite slaughtering a C-USA team, they’re not even close to title worthy.

Heck, no one is. If you guys went 12-0 the rest of the way, wouldn’t you be in? Or can only LeFevour’s death machine go into the Top 25?
