Looks like the D is holding their own, but against Kent State, what can you say?

Not watching, but obviously the defense is holding them at this point. But, as you said, its Kent State.

didn’t watch or listen to the game., but based on prior comments K State pretty much sucks……get ready for a REAL team next wk – that will be the defining moment

I've never felt worse about a 30 point win.
I’m telling you…..Kent St. is absolutely pathetic. We couldn’t do a think until mid-way through the 2nd quarter and even then it was 2 steps forward, one step back. Kent St., on the other hand, was one step forward one step back.
I’m not sure how I could be more clear, but Kent St. has to be the worst team we play all year.
On a side note, I was really surprised when I walked into Huskie Stadium and the Huskies were wearing all black. The unis were nice. I’m not sure I’d have chosen this game to break them out (unless I’m missing something and they’ve worn them before that I’m not aware of).
I just prefer the Red with Black. Not sure why. Maybe the black jerseys remind me of the teams when I started school at NIU. Those teams weren’t very good, so the memories (other than LeShon Johnson) aren’t too positive.

Also, NIU had their flags all at half mast (US flag, NIU Flag, and Illinois flag)

Coach Doeren has some work to do heading into next yr……rebuild our D and fill the holes in our offense
