NIU basketball gets 3 commits for class 2011
The Huskies got some much needed front-court depth today with the commitment of twin brothers Keith and Kevin Gray from Chicago's Brooks College Prep.
NIU also received a commitment from guard Marquavese Ford-Brookins from Saginaw, Michigan.
That makes 5 commitments for the class of 2011, which means that at least 2 players on the current roster most likely will not be returning.
Check back later this week for a more in depth analysis of the 3 signings.

I'm expecting some bodies to fall off the roster some time soon.
it always happens with coaching changes….hell, it happened all the time even when we weren’t changing our coach.
but in all honesty, there isn’t much talent at all on the team so if montgomery wants to try to run off a couple of those guys not named Nate Rucker, I’m totally fine with it.
Life is tough, but it's tougher if you're stupid.

Rucker Must stay
Rucker really is the only player on the team i feel we must keep. Everyone else its ok if we lose because they have no huge upside. I remember reading in the paper after patton’s firing that nate would be staying at NIU hopefully its the truth. These recruits all seem a good first step for montgomery here at NIU.
