Basically its NIU & Temple vying for the International (vs. USF) and EagleBank Bowls. I think it's gonna be NIU to DC and Temple to Toronto.
The New Orleans Bowl may be involved as well, though their bowl rep denies all involvement.
Where will UCLA land?
